Implemented at the University of Windsor in September, WellTrack is an app originally established in New Brunswick. The point of the app is to keep track of your mental health and suggest modules that you should watch based on the results of your tracking. So far, it has been well-received.

WellTrack is meant to help users through computerized cognitive behavioural therapy. The platform tracks moods through diary entries and provides personalized therapy through an activity scheduler or relaxation exercises.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is adding a new tool to help with emerging concerns prior to the need for therapy, to add to the many therapeutic options currently offered.
MoodCheck, the companion mobile app to WellTrack, provides users with a quick and easy way to check their mood while on the go. MoodCheck is available for free from the Apple App Store and from Google Play.
The program provides students with a number of online tools and resources aimed at helping them manage stress, anxiety, depression and phobias.
